Balcony Cleaning Halifax

We are offering balcony cleaning for condo and apartment balconies. We can clean your balcony window glass exterior, glass railings, balcony floor, walls, and panelling. We use specialized equipment that uses a very small amount of water to clean and collects any water after cleaning. This cleaning method eliminates the risk of water spilling over the balcony edge so that it complies with condo and apartment rules. 

How do you provide a free quote?

-Please send me current pictures of your entire balcony including the balcony windows along with the unit number and address of the building. We will provide you a quote via text or email. Please send pictures to ethanpowers@hotmail.com or text them to 902-410-8225.

What does the quote include?

Cleaning the exterior surface of the windows that can be reached from the balcony, the wall paneling and trim, the balcony floor and any glass railings.  Add on services include cleaning the window and door tracks, screen cleaning and interior window cleaning.  For an interior window cleaning quote please send pictures of these windows. You can request a quote for just the window cleaning.

Do I need to move our items on the balcony?

-No, please leave them where they are. We will move items as needed.

Do you clean balconies with bird droppings?

Yes, we will do our best to remove bird droppings. We do not clean balconies that have pet faeces or urine on it. We are focused primarily on cleaning built up dirt, grime, dust and algae. 

Do you wash wood balconies?

No, we don’t wash wood balconies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cheque, cash, or an e-transfer as payment. We will leave an invoice upon work completion.
